• On track to graduate and high academic attendance
• Motivated, responsible, and hardworking team player that is willing to learn and work well with students and staff
• Written recommendation from a teacher or guidance counselor
• Committed to attending college
• Bilingual preferred

• Provide peer‑to‑peer college counseling during lunch, advisory, and/or after school hours
• Create and deliver workshops around college access (grades 9‑12)
• Actively participate in weekly staff meetings after school
• Attend the Youth Leader Summer Institute and conferences throughout the year
• Conduct outreach and recruitment regarding college services, trips, and events
• Complete all necessary paperwork and data entry to ensure high‑quality counseling
• Serve as a constant positive representative of the Student Success Center/College Office
• Work 10 hours per week
• Other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $16.50 an hour
