Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc. seeks a seasoned Trainer IV to design and deliver advanced training for mission-critical government service operations. In this role, you will lead curriculum development, classroom and virtual instruction, and performance-focused learning initiatives that support transportation, public assistance, healthcare, and payment service programs. You will analyze training needs, translate complex processes into clear learning materials, and measure training impact through data and KPIs.
Partnering closely with operations and quality teams, you'll drive continuous improvement, ensuring staff are prepared to deliver compliant, efficient, and customer-focused public services.
Responsibilities
- Design, update, and document complex training curricula and materials for state and local government programs.
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training to frontline and supervisory staff supporting transaction processing and customer service.
- Assess training needs using performance data and stakeholder feedback to close skill and knowledge gaps.
- Develop e-learning modules, job aids, and assessments to support ongoing learning and compliance.
- Measure training effectiveness through testing, KPIs, and operational metrics; recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and technology teams to align training with processes and system changes.
- Coach and mentor trainers and subject matter experts on facilitation and instructional design best practices.
- Ensure training content meets contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements for public-sector clients.
