High School Teacher

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned high school lessons across content areas
• Use data to assess student learning, adjust instruction, and drive strong academic outcomes
• Create a structured, joyful, and culturally responsive classroom environment
• Provide frequent feedback, tutoring, and small-group support to meet diverse learner needs
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and instructional coaches to refine practice
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress and character development
• Participate in ongoing training, observations, and performance reviews
• Design and grade assessments, projects, and exams aligned to school standards
