DREAM is seeking a College Success Counselor in New York City to support DREAM’s alumni pursuing college degrees and careers. You will mentor 100 Legends, coordinate academic and social-emotional support, and track progress in Salesforce.
Remote and in-person coordination required across after school and summer programs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least two years in post-secondary success or case management, and collaboration with DREAM staff and university partners.
