Job Description

Pro Care Therapy is actively hiring Special Education Teachers for immediate openings in New Windsor, NY. These positions support students in self-contained special education classrooms with strong classroom support and collaborative school teams.

Position Details:

• Multiple openings available
• Preschool and elementary special education classrooms
• Full-time, onsite positions
• Available schedules:
  • 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Highest need in elementary classrooms

Program Details:

• Self-contained classroom settings
• Small class sizes (6–12 students)
• Each classroom supported by a teacher and multiple classroom staff
• Student placements based on IEP needs and developmental levels
• Some classrooms include individualized behavior support plans

Requirements:

• Active New York Special Education certification required
• Early Childhood and/or K–12 Special Education certification preferred
• School-based experience preferred
