Special Education Teacher​/Special Instructor; ABA)

As a Special Education Teacher/Special Instructor (ABA) at All About Kids, Inc., you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality educational and therapeutic services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our organization has been dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for over 30 years, and we are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional to join our team.

• Design and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs) and behavior plans for students with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Provide instruction and support in a variety of settings, including the classroom, therapy room, and community-based settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and behavior analysts
• Develop and implement ABA-based interventions to address a range of behaviors and skills
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and program effectiveness
• Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure effective collaboration and support

As a Special Education Teacher/Special Instructor (ABA), you will be part of a dynamic and dedicated team that is committed to delivering the highest level of care and support to our students and their families. • MA/MS and New York State Teaching Certification (SPED) in either:
  • Special Education Permanent Certificate
  • Students with Disabilities, Birth to Grade 2
  • Teacher for Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD)
  • Teacher of the Deaf/Vision

• Proficiency with computers and knowledge of electronic billing systems a plus

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent time management, punctuality, and readiness to work!

• ABA Only – Minimum of 10-12 hours of previous ABA training or willingness to be trained
