Position Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and technology-forward Digital Assets Associate to join our wholesale Sales organization. This role will support digital product launches, seasonal market execution, and divisional initiatives while partnering closely with Sales, Production, and our internal Photography Studio. The Digital Assets Associate will ensure retail partners receive accurate product imagery, content, and supporting materials required for successful product launches.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about identifying new systems, automation opportunities, and AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and enhance the digital customer experience.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Sales team and internal Photography Studio to coordinate digital asset needs and product photography.
- Coordinate monthly product photography to support retailer launch schedules and business deadlines.
- Manage photography timelines, shot lists, sample tracking, and digital asset delivery schedules.
- Create, manage, and maintain product copy, descriptions, specifications, attributes, and other digital product information.
- Ensure product content and imagery are accurate, complete, and consistent with brand and retailer requirements.
- Support successful product launches across retailer and wholesale customer platforms by ensuring required digital assets and product information are delivered on time.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of seasonal markets, including the creation and maintenance of line sheets and supporting sales materials.
- Support post-market activities, including size scale management, NuORDER updates, and other seasonal follow-up.
- Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to support divisional sales initiatives and operational needs.
- Maintain organized and accurate product information, sales tools, imagery, and digital content throughout the season.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, automation tools, AI applications, and digital commerce best practices as new capabilities are introduced across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to streamline digital asset workflows, automate repetitive processes, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of content management.
- Champion digital-first practices that enhance organizational efficiency and the customer experience.
- Support additional digital asset, sales, and divisional projects as assigned.
