We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre School Lead Teacher to join our team at Beanstalk Academy in The Bronx, New York. As a Pre School Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing childcare experience for our young students. With a focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will work together with our families and staff to give each child the confidence and skills to succeed.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Pre School Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Structuring a learning environment that promotes child health and safety
- Planning and leading classroom instruction that is developmentally appropriate and meets the needs of children
- Actively engaging with families to ensure parents/caregivers are knowledgeable about the child's program
- Implementing a developmentally appropriate daily schedule, including the incorporation of transitions and age-appropriate opportunities
- Creating a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for students that is conducive to learning
- Supporting implementation of behavior plans and/or IFSP/IEP goals, as appropriate
- BA in ECE (Early Childhood Education) or related field
- Study Plan Eligible
- Competitive salary based on education and experience level: $50,000.01 - $65,000 ANNUALLY
