- Coordinate, develop, and/or conduct training programs for Medicare or Tricare providers
- Provide new provider training and resolve complex provider issues
- Serve as a high-level technical and/or clinical resource within groups or business areas
- Work with organizational groups and task forces on special projects
- Develop educational programs and prepare clinical and non-clinical educational information for bulletins, presentations, seminars, and publications
- Develop and maintain Computer Based Training (CBT) and online training materials
- Respond to Medical Review referrals
- Update and maintain CMS or DHA databases
- Travel to the worksite and other locations as necessary
- Requires a BA/BS
- 5 years of Medicare or Tricare Contract experience
- 3 years of instructional design theory and adult learning experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Proficiency in Adobe PDF required
- Proficiency in Visual Course Builder (VCB) required
- Ability to travel when necessary strongly preferred
- Prior experience in Medicare highly preferred
- Experience developing educational materials highly preferred
- Experience in Home Health highly preferred
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from a posting location unless accommodation is granted
- Foreign national applicants must have lived in the United States at least three of the past five years
- Candidates in certain patient/member-facing roles must become vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza
Demonstrates expertise in developing and conducting training programs for Medicare and Tricare providers, with a strong focus on instructional design and adult learning principles. Proficient in creating educational materials and utilizing tools like Adobe PDF and Visual Course Builder.
