- Manage academic, administrative, and student services operations for the Department of Mathematics academic programs
- Support student recruitment and admissions
- Provide academic and career counseling for students
- Advise students on program requirements, course sequencing, and departmental and Tandon policies and procedures
- Develop course schedules, orientations, and examination dates
- Assist academic program Directors with developing and implementing departmental administrative and academic policies
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination
- Experience with planning and administering activities, academic advising, and staff supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to market programs, solve problems, and interact with individuals at all levels
- Working knowledge of software applications including HTML and web programming
Demonstrates expertise in academic program management, student services operations, and academic advising, with a strong focus on communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support student recruitment and career counseling.
