Temporary School Positions
This position will be used to fill absences as they occur. The positions included are:
- Cleaner
- Cleaner/Groundskeeper
- Clerk/Typist
- Student Worker
- School Monitor (Cafe/Recess)
- Child Care Group Leader
- Recreation Assistant
- Program Assistant
1. Complete the Civil Service application (attached)
2. Complete the attached Affirmation of Eligibility for Employment.
3. Contact a building principal of your choice to schedule an interview. The principals are as follows:
- Jacquelyn Mader, Elementary School,
- Megann Johnson, Intermediate School,
- Tina Peets, Jr./Sr. High School,
Bring all application material with you to your interview.
Note:
NYS Education Department requires any person employed in a public school district to be fingerprinted specifically for the New York State Education Department. This is required before you begin work. The fee that is charged is $99. You can set up an appointment to be fingerprinted at . Once at their site you will be asked to enter a service code, which is "14
