The Lubin School of Business at Pace University invites applications for a
full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Entrepreneurship and International Management.

The start date for this position is September 1, 2027

The successful candidate will teach courses in the Department of Management and Management Science, conduct research leading to publication in peer-reviewed journals, and perform service supporting students and various levels of the University. While based at the New York City campus, the faculty member should be willing to teach at the Pleasantville campus or online as needed. Exceptional candidates would be able to show evidence of prior experience with developing/teaching different courses and leading research projects to publication.

Moreover, successful candidates will also have a student-centric mindset and an established record of teaching with strong evaluations. Lastly, successful candidates must be service-oriented—a willing and able team player who genuinely cares about the needs of their Department, School, and University.

Candidates must have earned (or completed all requirements for) a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, International Management, or a closely related field by August 31, 2027. They should have experience teaching courses in Entrepreneurship and International Management. They will also exhibit the potential for strong research productivity. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with strong relationship-building and organizational skills, are essential. Preference is given to candidates who are flexible enough to teach courses outside their research area, depending on departmental needs.
