School Counselor - Part-Time

Location: New York

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a part-time School Counselor to provide in-person services to private school students. This position is for the remainder of the current school year.

School Counselor Salary: $45-$55 per hour School Counselor Position Details:

Part-Time Two half days of services (can be flexible on days and times as long as it is between Monday - Friday, and 8a-2p)

Qualifications:

Must have New York School Counselor Certification Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain them Proof of individual liability insurance or readiness to acquire it School Counselor Responsibilities:

Providing virtual guidance and support to address students' academic, social, and emotional challenges.

Developing and implementing individualized plans to help students achieve their goals.

Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of counseling sessions and student progress.

Delivering services aligned with students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs) when applicable.
