Part-Time, Monday-Friday | Approximately 2:00 PM-6:00 PM

- Hudson Yards is seeking a dependable and energetic Part-Time Assistant Teacher to support our classrooms during the afternoon.

This is a great opportunity for a student or anyone looking for a consistent part-time weekday schedule. You'll provide classroom coverage and help our teaching teams create a positive end to the day for children and families.

• Provide afternoon support across early childhood classrooms
• Assist teachers with activities, transitions, and pick-up routines
• Engage children through play, art, music, movement, and age-appropriate activities
• Provide classroom and teacher break coverage as needed
• Help maintain required classroom ratios
• Support classroom cleanup and end-of-day routines
• Provide attentive supervision and positive guidance
• Follow applicable New York City childcare licensing requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous childcare or experience working with children preferred
• Comfortable supporting different classrooms and age groups
• Reliable and consistently available during afternoon hours
• Positive, energetic, flexible, and team-oriented
• Must meet applicable New York City childcare requirements
