The Continuing Education Manager provides high level academic, operational, and strategic leadership for BMCC’s Information Technology Training Programs and Apprenticeships within the Center for Continuing Education and Workforce Development (CEWD). Reporting to the Director of Continuing Education and Workforce Development – Information Technology & Apprenticeship Programs, the Manager is responsible for overall department performance, including meeting tuition-based enrollment targets, revenue goals, and grant-funded outcomes.

The Manager oversees complex program operations, manages curriculum and student success systems, and serves as a senior liaison between BMCC, partners, faculty, industry stakeholders, and external organizations.

This role requires strong business acumen, data-driven decision making, project management skills, and the ability to lead multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment delivering high-achieving results. The Manager contributes to institutional planning, student assessment, and program development while ensuring compliance with CUNY, BMCC, and funder requirements.

• Provide strategic oversight into the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of specialized Technology workforce training programs and tuition courses, with a focus on scaling enrollment and maximizing program revenue
• Co-develop and execute recruitment, outreach, marketing, and enrollment strategies to meet or exceed enrollments in tuition courses and training programs
• Supervise staff and ensure team accountability for achieving program recruitment, revenue, and outcome goals.
• Monitor and manage program revenue performance, including tuition generation and alignment with annual financial goals.
• Ensures all grant-funded programs meet contractual performance metrics, including enrollment completion, credential attainment, and job placement outcomes.
• Manage all academic operations for students enrolled in the IT program coursework, including registration, withdrawals, grade submission, and dissemination of academic records.
• Implement and monitor academic program development and outcomes; recommend enhancements to processes, student learning outcomes, completions, and employment success.
