Physical Education Teacher

• Design and lead engaging physical education classes that align with the curriculum and promote students’ overall physical and health awareness.

• Cultivate a positive and productive learning environment by establishing clear expectations for student behavior and promoting a culture of sportsmanship, respect, and safety.

• Build a strong culture of teamwork, participation, and collaboration among students.

• Foster a collaborative community by effectively partnering with parents, colleagues, and administrators to support student success.

• Implement innovative lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of elementary and middle school students.

• Possession of a New York State initial/professional license in Physical Education.

• Proven experience teaching a physical education program to students of elementary and middle school age.

• A passion for promoting health, wellness, and lifelong fitness.

• Demonstrated ability to inspire a culture of collaboration and teamwork among students.

• Strong classroom management skills with a focus on creating an orderly and productive environment.
