Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement literacy and mathematics lessons aligned with program objectives.
- Provide academic support using evidence-based instructional strategies.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of participants.
- Monitor participant progress and communicate outcomes with the Content Specialist.
- Create a positive, engaging, and academically supportive learning environment.
Teaching certification is required.
- Experience teaching Project Read or another structured literacy program and/or elementary mathematics.
- Demonstrated expertise in literacy and mathematics instruction.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a classroom or after school setting.

Hours of Program
- Monday
- Friday from 2:20PM - 5:30PM.
The position will be 3+ hours during the above timeframe
