Our client is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Physics Lecturer to join their faculty in George . This position involves delivering high-calibre instruction in physics, inspiring undergraduate students with a passion for scientific inquiry and critical thinking. You will contribute to curriculum development, engage in scholarly activities, and provide academic guidance to students. Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive lectures and laboratory sessions in various physics disciplines to undergraduate students.
- Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, and laboratory manuals, ensuring relevance and academic rigor.
- Assess student learning through examinations, assignments, lab reports, and presentations.
- Supervise student research projects and provide mentorship on academic and career pathways in physics.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and academic advising.
- Contribute to the advancement of physics through research and scholarly publications.
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Physics or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience in lecturing and teaching physics at the tertiary level.
- Strong knowledge of classical and modern physics, with expertise in at least one specialized area.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to integrate technology and innovative pedagogical approaches into teaching.
