Description Career Preparation Period (CPP) Coordinator
Location:
Delaware Valley Job Corps, Callicoon, NY 45,000 per year | Full-Time | Mon-Fri 7:45am-4:45pm Sat & Sun OFF
- Deliver Career Preparation Program (CPP) instruction and training
- Help students build individualized career and development plans
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure early success and retention
- Evaluate student progress, participation, and readiness for next program phases
- Coordinate new student onboarding, orientation, and transition to center life
- Maintain accurate case notes and student records in the system
- Facilitate classroom and/or virtual instruction
- Support students in completing MyPACE and CPP requirements
- Create a structured, positive, and engaging learning environment
- Step in to support leadership when needed
- Consistent full-time schedule

- Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills
- Ability to manage student progress and documentation
