Reporting to the Director of the Career Learning Lab, the Associate Director serves as the key link between the Career Learning Lab and academic departments campus-wide — partnering with faculty, program coordinators, advisors, and employer‑facing colleagues to prepare students for paid, career‑aligned experiential learning.
In this role, you'll build and lead a team of career industry advisors while cultivating strong relationships with Department Chairs, Faculty, Internship Coordinators, Academic Advisors, Program Directors, and leaders across Honors, Research, and Undergraduate/Graduate Programs. You'll also serve as a bridge between the classroom and career readiness — learning departments' curricula, student skill sets, and career pathways inside and out, then finding creative ways to weave employer engagement and career development directly into academic life, from classroom presentations to industry‑sponsored projects.
