Teaching Matters is seeking an Instructional Literacy Coach (ELA K-5) to work on-site across NYC schools. The role focuses on coaching teachers and school leaders to implement culturally responsive literacy practices and a multilingual lens.
The ideal candidate has 3–4 years as a literacy coach plus 4 years in K-5 literacy, with strong ELL/MLL experience and proven skill in facilitation and collaboration with urban schools.
