Thera Care Brooklyn is seeking a Special Education Teacher for our Early Intervention program serving infants and toddlers from birth to age 3 in home and community settings. You will design and implement individualized intervention plans and partner with families to support your child’s growth.
Responsibilities include IFSP implementation, developmental assessments, and collaboration with families and an interdisciplinary team to coach families and document progress per NYC EI requirements.
