The mixed-age class of 2–4 years requires 20–30 hours weekly and an hourly rate of $20–$24, with open communication to families and staff. Responsibilities include engaging and supervising children, supporting daily routines, promoting autonomy in care tasks, and helping implement the Reggio Emilia Approach and Mulberry Methods.
