We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Code & Zoning Compliance team.
Responsibilities- Serve as point of contact for clients, building management, contractors, and city agency personnel for code & zoning compliance related tasks
- Prepare and coordinate submission of project documents
- Conduct City Agency research where applicable
- Update in-house data management system (ABS)
- Utilize City Agency websites in document preparation and submission
- Enter data, update documents and electronic applications via agency portals
- Cooperate with other team members to coordinate project completion
- Aid in keeping the team organized and running smoothly by accomplishing assigned tasks
- 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn new skills
- Ability to adapt to new technology
