The Seasonal Start Technician delivers a 5‑star customer experience to new customers by performing initial pest‑control services, including chemical application and manual treatment methods to eliminate pest activity.

• Perform thorough indoor and outdoor initial pest‑control treatments for new customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Engage with customers to clearly explain service features and benefits while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
• Follow assigned routes, communicate effectively with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate service records.
• Maintain equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in proper working condition, and use technology to manage appointments and customer information.

• 1+ years of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history (company vehicle use).
• Earn and maintain any required state training and pest‑control licensing (provided).

• Hourly base pay range: $17.00 – $21.00 plus potential incentive compensation.
• Weekly pay every Friday.

• Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
