Position SummaryThe Seasonal Start Technician delivers a 5‑star customer experience to new customers by performing initial pest‑control services, including chemical application and manual treatment methods to eliminate pest activity.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough indoor and outdoor initial pest‑control treatments for new customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Engage with customers to clearly explain service features and benefits while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Follow assigned routes, communicate effectively with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate service records.
- Maintain equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in proper working condition, and use technology to manage appointments and customer information.
- 1+ years of customer‑service experience (preferred).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history (company vehicle use).
- Earn and maintain any required state training and pest‑control licensing (provided).
- Hourly base pay range: $17.00 – $21.00 plus potential incentive compensation.
- Weekly pay every Friday.

- Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.
