Operations Supervisor - Queens

6am-2pm, Thursday to Monday.

• Support the Operations Manager with day‑to‑day responsibilities in the market.
• 60‑80% of your time will be hands‑on, manual work:
  • Direct labor and warehouse organization
  • Hand‑count assets and compliance audits
  • Perform routine inspection and maintenance of vehicles
  • Respond to on‑demand and in‑field customer service requests
  • Redistribute scooters across Veo's service areas
  • Identify, document and recover scooters requiring in‑shop repair
  • Ad‑hoc field tasks and other tasks as required
• 20‑40% of your time will consist of administrative work:
  • Support Operations Manager with hiring, training, scheduling staff
  • Employee productivity tracking
  • SOP follow‑up
  • Assist Operations Manager with other projects as needed

• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude
• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and remain on your feet for the entirety of a shift
• Knowledge of local geography and street layout
• Clear, effective communication
• Eligible to work in the United States
