• Conduct meticulous inspections to pinpoint energy‑saving opportunities, encompassing insulation, air sealing, and heating system upgrades.
• Maintain precise records of inspection results and ensure compliance with program requirements.

• Collect and analyze technical data during energy audits to empower Home Efficiency Specialists in crafting customized recommendations for homeowners.
• Offer insights and regular status updates to program staff, guaranteeing punctual and accurate reporting.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and audit findings.

• Act as the local, on‑site ambassador for the program and our company, upholding a professional and customer‑centric demeanor.
• Communicate with homeowners proficiently, addressing inquiries, elucidating energy efficiency concepts, and championing our services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring homeowner satisfaction throughout the energy audit process.

• Travel within Long Island to execute energy audits at various residential locations.
• Efficiently manage time and resources to meet audit targets and deliver prompt, dependable service to homeowners.
• Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and strict adherence to safety protocols during all site visits.

• No prior experience required.
• We provide comprehensive training and supply all necessary equipment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong computer literacy and proficiency in utilizing technology for data collection and reporting.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to adhere to established protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with homeowners.

• Opportunity to earn a competitive annual income ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, which includes fees and bonuses.
• Eligibility for a $2,500 sign‑on bonus if currently BPI certified.
