NAES is seeking a High Voltage Transmission Lead Technician for our NY area operations. The role inspects, maintains, and repairs 345 kV transmission assets, coordinates emergency response, and oversees testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to minimize outages and maximize reliability.
The position requires 5–6 years of HV experience, strong knowledge of HV components, and leadership of field crews, with work largely on‑site and compliance with safety standards.
