Chem-Dry of Buffalo is looking for a reliable, motivated Service Technician to join our

growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, helping customers, and being part of a high-

performing crew, this is a great opportunity.

No two days are the same. You’ll be out in the field providing professional cleaning and

restoration services that make a real difference for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Cleaning & Restoration

• - Carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning
• - Odor removal and deodorization
• - Deliver high-quality results on every job

Customer Service

• - Provide a friendly, professional experience
• - Answer questions and communicate clearly
• - Represent the company with a positive attitude

Daily Operations

• - Complete work orders, invoices, and job notes
• - Collect payments

Equipment & Vehicles

• - Keep trucks clean, stocked, and organized
• - Perform basic maintenance on equipment

What We’re Looking For

• - Strong work ethic and reliability
• - Great customer service and communication skills
• - Attention to detail
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• - Basic math and problem-solving skills
• - Familiarity with Buffalo/Rochester area is a plus

Requirements

• - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• - Comfortable using cleaning equipment and chemicals
• - Must use personal cell phone for job communication/navigation
