Field/Service Technician
** HVAC Dispatcher | Long Island, NY | $28–$32/hr + commission**. . You'll own daily scheduling and routing for our field crews — the connection point between technicians, customers, and leadership.. .
- Dispatch and adjust technician routes in real time (Service Titan or similar).
- Handle inbound calls: scheduling, pricing, service updates.
- Promote and renew service memberships (commission eligible).
- Maintain accurate records and invoicing. Requires: 1+ years dispatching/scheduling/customer service (HVAC a plus), tech-savvy, organized under pressure, valid driver's license, U.S. work authorization, background check + drug screen.. . Full-time, onsite. Medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, uniforms & PPE, OT available, room to grow across brands.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM
Salary: $27 – $32 hourly
