Associate Equipment Operator

Constellation Energy is seeking an Associate Equipment Operator to support safe and reliable operations at our energy facilities. In this role, you will operate and monitor plant equipment, perform routine inspections, and record operating data to ensure optimal performance and compliance with procedures. You will assist with startups, shutdowns, and basic maintenance, promptly report abnormalities, and support environmental, health, and safety standards.

Working with experienced operators, you'll receive training, grow your technical skills, and contribute to reliable, sustainable energy delivery for our customers and communities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant and auxiliary equipment under supervision
• Perform routine inspections and log operating data
• Assist with equipment startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
• Identify and report abnormal conditions or equipment issues
• Support basic preventive maintenance tasks as directed
• Follow safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures
• Communicate status updates to control room and supervisors
• Participate in training and qualification programs
