We are looking for a Residential Solar Inspector/Drone Operator to perform site surveys for residential solar projects. This role is perfect for independent, hands-on individuals who enjoy flexible work schedules and exploring new areas.

• Conduct drone flights to capture roof photos
• Perform on-site inspections to collect electrical and structural data
• Use ladders and hand tools to assess attic spaces (measuring rafters, trusses, etc.)
• Capture and upload photos of electrical meters and service panels
• Engage professionally with homeowners during site visits
• Upload deliverables to shared cloud storage in a timely manner

• Must Be Local
• FAA Part 107 License – Active or readily reactivated
• Drone Access – Must own a Remote
  -compliant drone (Mavic 2 Zoom, Mavic 2 Pro, Phantom 4, Inspire 1 & 2, Mavic Air 2, Autel Evo)
• Reliable Transportation – A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required
• Ability to Work Independently – Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented

• Construction, handyman, or similar experience
• Customer service or homeowner interaction experience
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)

• Set Your Own Schedule – Work at your convenience (minimum 20 hours/week)
• Independence & Variety – Travel to different locations, work in the field
• Growth Potential – Additional work may be available for those open to travel
