Engineer II – Data
Wanted by FBG Enterprises Opco, LLC to work in New York, NY.
Responsibilities- Develop analytics engineering abstraction.
- Create reusable data assets for DS/AI/ML models.
- Work with BI and Compliance teams to define and implement requirements for key regulatory and financial reporting.
- Build automated data quality and validation tests.
- Become a subject matter expert on sports betting/gaming industry domain data concepts, and build data models to represent those concepts.
- Participate and lead data engineering code reviews, inspect for quality and reusability.
- Leverage data engineering expertise to advocate for correct data storage options and software service integrations.
- Mentor junior data engineers.
Salary $ per year plus benefits.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics, Data Science, or closely related.
- 1 year experience in job offered or 1 year in data engineering.
- 1 year of experience using Python, Airflow, Google Cloud, and Vertica.
- Any required experience may have been gained concurrently.
