• Bachelor’s degree in aviation/airport planning, urban planning, civil engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in aviation planning at both large and small airports.
• Deep knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration regulations.
• Expertise in grant application processes, both state and federal.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; adept at building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Motivated to lead and mentor a team; strong organizational abilities.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with airport planning tools like AutoCAD and AviPLAN.
• Acquainted with Aviation Modeling Software such as TAAM, Air Top, SIMMOD, or CAST.
• Knowledge of Python, Tableau, and ICAO aerodrome standards.
• Familiarity with ACRP reports and IATA ADRM.
