The firm is looking for a motivated Structural Design Engineer who can manage projects, coordinate with clients and contractors, and contribute to the technical excellence the company is known for. You will work on a variety of commercial and residential buildings, taking projects from concept through construction.

• Leading and contributing to the structural design of commercial and residential buildings
• Managing project timelines, deliverables, and client communication
• Preparing calculations, drawings, and technical documentation
• Coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal teams
• Conducting site visits and responding to field conditions
• Ensuring compliance with NYC building codes and DOB requirements

• 5+ years of structural design experience with NYC building projects
• Strong background in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood design
• Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with clients and contractors
• PE license in New York is a strong plus; candidates actively pursuing licensure are encouraged
• Proficiency with structural analysis and modeling software
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
