. From day one, you A0ll take on meaningful responsibility across the full project lifecycle, working closely with experienced PE/SE leaders who prioritize mentorship, technical excellence, and long-term career progression.

What You A0ll Do- Lead structural design and analysis for mid-rise and high-rise new-build projects across NYC (10 0 4 A0stories)
- Produce structural calculations, models, and drawings in concrete and steel using ETABS, SAP
2000, RAM, RISA, or similar tools - Coordinate directly with architects, MEP, geotechnical, and construction teams
- Support DOB submissions, technical reports, and construction-phase reviews
- Contribute to internal design standards and help shape how the practice evolves
- Receive direct mentorship from senior leadership with clear support toward PE/SE progression
- 4 0 7 years of structural engineering experience
- Strong foundation in NYC building codes and concrete/steel design
- Proficiency with industry-standard analysis and modeling software (Revit preferred)
- Experience on new-build structures, ideally mid-rise or high-rise
- Ambition, curiosity, and a desire to grow within a fast-moving boutique environment
