About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer to design, prototype, and test electronics for connected medical and resilience-focused devices. You will support projects from concept to production, including schematic design, PCB layout, testing, and integration with firmware and mechanical systems.
The ideal candidate thrives in a rapid development environment and brings both rigor and creativity to circuit design, prototyping, and system-level troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities- Design analog and digital circuits for embedded systems and connected devices.
- Develop and review schematics, PCB layouts, and component selections.
- Support prototype builds, bring-up, and debugging of electronic assemblies.
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Perform electrical testing, validation, and troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power instrumentation.
- Maintain documentation for design control and configuration management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and EMC standards as applicable.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 4–7 years of experience in circuit design, PCB layout, and system testing.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer or equivalent ECAD tools.
- Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and power management circuits.
- Understanding of EMI/EMC design principles and grounding/shielding techniques.
- Familiarity with environmental or reliability testing (e.g., MIL-STD-810) preferred.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with connected medical devices or IoT hardware.
- Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LoRa, etc.).
- Exposure to ISO 13485, IEC 60601, or FDA regulatory environments.
We offer a competitive salary for this role, with an expected range of $110,000 to $120,000 annually
