Our team combines product development expertise with investment discipline to build, scale, and partner with high-impact ventures. Join us in reshaping the future of healthcare technology.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer to design, prototype, and test electronics for connected medical and resilience-focused devices. You will support projects from concept to production, including schematic design, PCB layout, testing, and integration with firmware and mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate thrives in a rapid development environment and brings both rigor and creativity to circuit design, prototyping, and system-level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design analog and digital circuits for embedded systems and connected devices.
  • Develop and review schematics, PCB layouts, and component selections.
  • Support prototype builds, bring-up, and debugging of electronic assemblies.
  • Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Perform electrical testing, validation, and troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power instrumentation.
  • Maintain documentation for design control and configuration management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and EMC standards as applicable.
About You
  • You are a system thinker who thrives in the space where hardware, software, and design converge. You bring order to complexity through precise circuit design and thoughtful integration.
  • You are a problem solver
. You see every schematic, layout, and prototype as part of a larger system — one that must perform with reliability and purpose.
  • You are a communicator
. You translate technical challenges into clear next steps, keeping collaborators aligned across engineering disciplines.
  • You are steady under pressure
. You approach testing and troubleshooting with patience, rigor, and the calm confidence of someone who understands the details that make a system work.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 4–7 years of experience in circuit design, PCB layout, and system testing.
  • Proficiency in Altium Designer or equivalent ECAD tools.
  • Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and power management circuits.
  • Understanding of EMI/EMC design principles and grounding/shielding techniques.
  • Familiarity with environmental or reliability testing (e.g., MIL-STD-810) preferred.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred but Not Required
  • Experience with connected medical devices or IoT hardware.
  • Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LoRa, etc.).
  • Exposure to ISO 13485, IEC 60601, or FDA regulatory environments.
Compensation
