We’re seeking an Engineering and Product Development Manager to lead innovation in our remanufacturing operations. This management-level role is ideal for someone who blends deep engineering expertise with bold, forward-thinking leadership to elevate products, processes, and performance.
Job Responsibilities- Manage and lead the production engineering staff to improve the Quality, Affordability and Availability of D&W products
- Drive continuous improvement of the D&W Quality Program
- Oversee the new product development process
- Promote development and validation of new salvage procedures
- Oversee the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, bills of materials and test procedures
- Oversee the documentation and implementation of the warranty system
- Bachelor’s degree required in engineering or relevant technical discipline
- Previous experience managing or leading engineering teams
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Demonstrated understanding of business metrics to drive performance
- Ability to develop and provide solutions to technical challenges
- Experience in process development and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles a plus
- This position is a Monday-Friday on-site position

Compensation Range: $105,000 - $140,000 annual
