Mechanical Engineer
The Mechanical Engineer is a key technical and leadership role within the Engineering organization, responsible for leading capital projects, major maintenance initiatives, and providing advanced mechanical engineering expertise in a paper manufacturing environment. This role will provide hands-on engineering support while leading cross-functional teams, managing contractors, tracking Cap Ex and major maintenance budgets, and ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of paper mill equipment and systems.

The Maintenance & Engineering Manager provides strategic and hands‑on leadership for the maintenance and engineering functions of the mill. This role is responsible for building a high‑performing team, aligning maintenance and engineering efforts with operational goals, and ensuring safe, reliable, and cost‑effective operation of all assets.

Scope of position:
Reporting to the VP of operations, the Director of Fiber Procurement will be responsible for the procurement of pulpwood, wood chips and biomass for the integrated Twin Rivers Pulp Mill situated in Edmundston, New Brunswick. The incumbent is responsible for providing efficient fibre and biomass for full operations at competitive rates.
- Procure pulpwood, wood chips, and biomass.

Reporting to the Engineering & MAD Maintenance Manager, the Electrical Engineer is responsible for engineering such as project designs, performing audits, assisting in troubleshooting equipment and systems to give recommendations. While working within the Engineering team in collaboration with the Maintenance teams, identify, suggest and implement opportunities to improve cost, performance, and efficiency.

Reporting to the Machine Superintendent, the Process / Production Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and leadership within the department.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve safety.
- Improve quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Lead technical support efforts.
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, a backlog of work for future scheduling by operations, maintenance supervisors, and engineers, including area and major maintenance shutdowns for the mill.
- Plan maintenance schedules and work backlogs.
- Ensure proper allocation of workforce, materials, time, tools, and equipment.
- Meet safety, environmental, and cost objectives.
The Technical Assistant (Process Engineer) will be responsible for overseeing production processes, troubleshooting plant issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across pulp mill operations.
- Maintain and improve production timelines and quality.
- Resolve bottlenecks quickly.
