About the Role

As a Principal Engineer within our Infrastructure Team, you will play a key role in delivering complex Infrastructure projects and maintaining high standards of quality. You will collaborate with senior team members, provide technical input, and help ensure the smooth execution of multiple Infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversea the design and implementation of projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior engineers and project team members.
  • Develop innovative and sustainable solutions for transportation infrastructure challenges
  • Ensure compliance with local and international design standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality projects on time and within budget
  • Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on project deliverables
  • Prepare and review detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports calculations and design documentation
  • Conduct technical and quality reviews of projects, identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
  • Develop and assess surface water drainage systems to ensure efficient stormwater management and adherence to local regulations.
  • Conduct hydrological and hydraulic modeling to inform design decisions and evaluate the impacts of drainage systems.
What do we need from you
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Wet Utilities.
  • Experience in design of Wet Utilities including Potable Water, Sewer, Storm, Irrigation, District cooling, and Firefighting.
  • Working knowledge of relevant software packages like HEC HMS, HEC RAS, EPANET, Water

    CAD, Info Works, Sewer

    CAD, Storm

    CAD, SWMM.
  • Experience and familiarity with the following programs are a plus:
    ArcGIS, Micro Station, Micro Drainage, HAMMER.
  • Prepare design using Civil 3D software for BIM environment.
  • Knowledge of clash resolution of utilities modeling software like Navisworks, Bentley Navigator, Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and lead large‑scale projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
