• Lead and deliver multiple high-value energy and sustainability projects across NYC
• Take ownership of multi-million-dollar project portfolios, including client management and delivery oversight
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level engineers

• Senior-level experience in energy engineering, building performance, or sustainability consulting
• Comfortable overseeing teams and supporting the development of junior engineers
• Strong analytical skills and confidence with energy modelling, audits, and Excel-based tools
• Client-facing, commercially aware, and motivated to progress into senior leadership
