Audio Visual Engineer Project Manager

A-V Services Inc., a leading Audio/ Video company with multiple fortune 100 contracts within the financial, pharmaceutical and computing industries, seeks a skilled AV Engineering Project Manager. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to oversee all engineering activities and ensure alignment across AV, backend, and network teams.

Ensure successful project delivery by overseeing engineering activities, coordinating design and planning, managing schedules and resources, facilitating communication, and mitigating technical risks to keep complex, multi-disciplinary projects on track and within budget.

• Coordinate design reviews, workshops, and planning.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and resources.
• Facilitate team and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in AV engineering project management
• Strong understanding of AV, backend, and network systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to facilitate design reviews, workshops, and planning sessions
• Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, and resources
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CTS, or similar) are a plus
