Senior Project Engineer

Piper Maddox are working with a leading Independent Power Producer with a strong history in North America and Europe who are scaling our U.S. solar and storage portfolio. With over 4 GW operational today and a development pipeline targeting 8 GW by 2030
, we’re looking for a talented Project Engineer to join the team and help deliver the next wave of renewable projects.

• Lead the technical coordination of solar, wind, and BESS projects from design through execution.
• Collaborate across civil, electrical, mechanical, SCADA, procurement, and construction teams to integrate systems seamlessly.
• Manage consultants, review design deliverables, and ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Act as the technical point of contact for EPC partners and owners’ engineers.

• Experience in utility-scale solar, wind, or battery energy storage projects
  .
• Strong background in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering (multi-disciplinary coordination is a plus).
• Ability to manage external consultants and vendors while keeping projects on track.
• Someone driven to make an impact in a growing renewables portfolio.
