As a CAD Designer, you’ll sit at the intersection of traditional civil design and next-generation technology.

You’ll use your Civil 3D expertise to deliver high-quality infrastructure drawings—while also collaborating closely with engineers and product teams to help shape AI tools that will define the future of civil design workflows.

This is a rare chance to move beyond “heads-down drafting” and actively influence how the next generation of design software is built.

• Producing detailed civil engineering drawings and 3D models in Civil 3D for water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation projects
• Translating engineering concepts into clean, construction-ready documentation
• Developing and maintaining CAD standards, templates, and best practices
• Managing drawings, xrefs, data shortcuts, and project environments with precision
• Partnering with internal product teams to test, validate, and improve AI-powered design tools
• Identifying smarter, faster ways to streamline drafting and production workflows

• 5+ years of experience as a CAD Designer in civil infrastructure
• Expert-level Civil 3D skills (corridors, pipe networks, grading, surfaces)
• Strong understanding of civil design principles and construction documentation
• A sharp eye for detail and pride in producing clean, accurate work
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
