Senior Architect – Transit & Infrastructure

Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York City
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

This role is for a Senior Architect who wants influence, autonomy, and the chance to leave a lasting mark on complex urban projects.

You’ll take a leadership role on high-profile transit and social infrastructure work — projects that sit at the intersection of architecture, public life, and civic responsibility. Trusted to work independently, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams, shape technical delivery, and lead client relationships from early design through completion.

Midtown Manhattan, New York City

Full-time Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

• Lead complex transit and social infrastructure projects
• Manage multidisciplinary design teams
• Oversee technical development and project delivery
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Lead client presentations, both virtual and in-person
• Work closely with Principals on project strategy and execution

• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• NYS Architectural Registration
• Experience leading public‑sector or agency‑led projects
• Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills
• Confident managing Revit workflows (Micro Station experience a plus)
