Candidates can expect advanced training in structural design and digital design technology, and participation with colleagues around the world through practice area networks and collaboration forums.

• Perform structural design of new buildings and restoration of existing buildings throughout the United States
• Analyze and design superstructures and foundations in timber, concrete, steel, and masonry
• Utilize latest technology and digital tools for design
• Complete training on assigned tasks
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision‑making regarding company resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline
• 0 to 1 year of relevant post‑education experience
• Excellent research skills with an analytical mindset
• Familiarity with concepts for design/build
• Familiarity with structural and civil construction laws, codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record‑keeping requirements
• Competent interpersonal and communication skills, able to express ideas effectively and professionally to engineering and non‑engineering audiences
• Proficient self‑leadership with attention to detail, multi‑tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to work independently under general supervision, and as part of a team to meet business objectives
• Experience with Building Information Modeling software such as Autodesk Revit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and compliance with WSP’s health, safety, drug/alcohol, and harassment policies
• Ability to work schedules conducive to project‑specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek
• Occasional travel may be required depending on project‑specific requirements

• Graduating December 2025 or May 2026 in an accredited Civil, Architectural, or Structural Engineering program
• Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering preferred
• 0 to 3 years of internship experience in Civil, Architectural, or Structural Engineering
• Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Micro Station software

Expected Salary (all locations): $56,300 – $92,840. WSP USA reserves the right to offer additional benefits and adjust compensation in accordance with applicable laws.
