Project Management Specialist (Brooklyn, NY.) Conduct Time Impact Analysis & review work orders. Recommend processes that can be integrated with technology to optimize efficiency of sign installation. Review change orders & revise cost/effort estimates. Create project initiation document defining project scope, goals, schedules & execution strategies using Primavera, Rhino, Solid Works, Bluebeam, Procore, Auto Cad, Inventor. Integrate schedules with 3D models to resolve logistical site related issues.
