* Key Responsibilities:
*** Serve as a senior technical authority for F-16 avionics systems, providing advanced expertise and oversight.
* Provide assistance in troubleshooting avionics systems and developing improvements to resolve fielded and fielding system issues.
* Support avionics systems including radar, controls and displays, data bus, communications, navigation, identification, electronic warfare, and sensor systems.
* Act as the technical content manager for assigned avionics systems and Technical Orders (TOs).
* Assist in establishing requirements and preparing Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) and TOs.
* Support verification, inspection, repair, and testing of complete weapon systems.
* Participate in technical verification teams and publication reviews.
* Oversee and guide junior and journeyman contractor personnel.
** Required Qualifications
*** Senior-level avionics expertise.
* Minimum of 10 years of F-16 aircraft maintenance experience.
* Experience in avionics development, integration, and sustainment.
* Demonstrated experience in a DoD environment.
** Education & Certification**- Master’s or Doctoral degree with 10 years of experience (5 in DoD), OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience (5 in DoD), OR- 15 years of directly related experience with appropriate certifications (8 in DoD).
** Clearance Requirement**- Active Secret clearance- U.S. citizenship required.
