As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering operations, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure the hotel’s facilities, systems, and equipment run efficiently and safely. You will lead and develop the engineering team to maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and service.
QualificationsThis position is only for Indonesian.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial engineering role within a hotel or similar environment
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem‑solving skills
- Solid knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
