Location: New York
Regional Project Manager - EV Charging - New York - Up to $120k
Location: Valley Stream, NY (In-office)
Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role OverviewAn established EV charging infrastructure provider is seeking a Regional Project Manager to oversee installation and deployment projects across the region. This role will manage projects from site assessment through commissioning and activation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee full lifecycle of EV charging infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with property owners, utilities, municipalities, contractors, and internal teams
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Lead permitting and utility interconnection processes
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Provide regular reporting to executive leadership
- Ensure successful commissioning and operational handoff
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3–7+ years of project management experience in construction, electrical, or infrastructure
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of permitting and utility coordination processes
- Proficiency in project management software
- PMP certification
- Experience in EV charging, renewable energy, or electrical contracting
- Knowledge of NEC and local building codes
